CONSULMAR was involved in the initial project, as well as in site supervision (in consortium) of the implementation of the “Supply and Installation of Equipment” and “Contract for Construction/Refurbishment of the Support Infrastructure”, which took place between 2005 and 2008 and which total investment, of the order of 80MEuro, was the responsibility of the Portuguese State, co-financed by the European Union.
